Mit der Veröffentlichung des Titelsongs gab die britische Indie-Pop-Band Blossoms Anfang des Jahres den Startschuss zum neuen Album. Jetzt ist es endlich so weit: Am 29. April 2022 erscheint ihr neues Album "Ribbon Around The Bomb". "Auf einer Tournee 2019 in Mexiko habe ich Frida Kahlos Haus besucht. Beim Betrachten ihrer ausgestellten Bilder hatte jemand eines davon als 'Ribbon Around The Bomb' beschrieben. Ich dachte sofort, es wäre ein toller Titel für einen Song und ein Album", erklärt Blossoms’ Tom Ogden. Fürs Visuelle ist auch diesmal wieder der Creative Director der Arctic Monkeys, Edwin Burdis an Bord.
