Die neue Single „Ultra Black“ von Nas war ein erster Vorgeschmack auf das neue Album „King's Disease“, das am 21.08. erscheinen wird. Via „Twitter“ hatte der Rapper sich letzte Woche zur Zusammenarbeit mit Hit-Boy geäußert. Er sagte: „Ich habe schon seit Jahren versucht, das hier mit Hit-Boy aufzunehmen.“ Es war nicht das erste Mal, dass die Beiden zusammen im Studio waren. Bereits 2019 produzierte Hit-Boy den Song „Royalty“ von Nas‘ Album „The Lost Tape 2”.
Nas veröffentlichte sein Debütalbum „Illmatic“ übrigens 1994. Danach folgten weitere zwölf Alben.
