Viele ältere Semester schwelgen sogleich in Erinnerung, wen sie seinerzeit zu "Twist in my Sobriety" rumge"kriegt" haben, aber Tanita ist mehr als nur dieser eine Song mit dem fantastischen sonoren Timbre.
Nach "Ancient Heart" aus dem Jahre 1988 erschienen noch sieben weitere Alben der Dame aus UK, die Münster in Westfalen ihren Geburtsort nennen darf und deren Eltern allerdings aus Borneo und von den Fidschi-Inseln stammten. Also irgendwie gar nicht typisch westfälisch. Am 31. August wird Tanitas Rückkehr auf die Showbühne gefeiert, wenn das neunte Studioalbum "Can't Go Back" bei earMusic/ Edel veröffentlicht wird.
