Das letztjähriges Album „POPGEFAHR“ erwies sich dabei nicht nur als reifes Zeugnis von DE/VISIONs geweitetem Erfahrungshorizont, sondern gleichsam als ironischer Kommentar auf die manchmal überhebliche Verdammung der Popmusik als minderwertige Kunstform. Mittlerweile ist die Band selbst zu einer Institution geworden, die jüngere Künstler beeinflusst und inspiriert.
