LOS ANGELES (FIRSTNEWS) - David Bowie und Prince wird im kommenden Jahr posthum eine große Ehre zuteil. Die Grammy Hall of Fame nimmt jeweils einen Song der verstorbenen Musikikonen auf. Wie das zuständige Komitee bekanntgibt, wird Bowies "Changes" von 1971 und Princes "Sign O' the Times" von 1987 in die Ruhmeshalle Einzug halten. Insgesamt sind auf der Liste 25 Songs zu finden, darunter auch "Smells Like Teen Spirit" von "Nirvana", "ABC" von den "Jackson 5" oder "Jailhouse Rock" von Elvis Presley. Der Präsident der Recording Academy, Neil Portnow, sagte zu der Auswahl: "Die Grammy Hall of Fame repräsentiert alle Musikgenres und erkennt die Unterschiedlichkeit der musikalischen Ausdrucksform an."
